Per-item bid submission
Bidders can submit their proposals for certain lots of the call for bids, but necessarily for all the items within a selected lot

Restriction on submission of a bid higher than previously submitted
Bidding initiator has set a restriction on submission of a bid with a price which is higher than the price of the previous bid submitted by the bidder. Once the bid is submitted, the stated price can not be increased.

Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment is made by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of the certificate of services rendered.
Delivery terms:The term for the provision of services is from February 2021 to December 31, 2021.
Requirements for the Contractor:
- The contractor must be an authorized service center for the repair and maintenance of office equipment CANON, OCE, KYOCERA, HP.
- The services provided by the contract are provided by the Contractor independently. If third parties are involved, the Contractor bears full responsibility to the Customer for the services rendered (work performed) by such persons. The Contractor has the right to involve third parties in the performance of duties only with the written consent of the Customer.
- Provide services in full, according to the type of work and requirements for the participant of the competition.
- Ensure the proper quality of services.
- Ensure timely monthly submission of reporting documents no later than the 10th day of the month following the reporting one.
- The cost of work in excess of that indicated in the comm. proposal is agreed with the Customer without fail.

Comments:
This request for proposals procedure is not a tender, and its implementation is not regulated by Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
The organizer has the right to refuse the received offers for any reason or to terminate the request for quotation procedure at any time, without incurring any liability to the Participants of the request for proposals.
