To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the auction).
2. Organization's balance sheet for the last 2 calendar years.
3. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro GC (template attached to the auction).
4. The consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available and a receipt for the acceptance of this consent by the Federal Tax Service. https://www.nalog.ru/rn68/fl/interest/tax_secrecy/
5. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the agreement without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to disclosure of commercial secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction).
6. To conclude an agreement, the participant must provide a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
