1. This request for a commercial offer is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer within the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial offers, which (as well as the ongoing tender) It is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447-449 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, nor is it a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1065 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
2. The commercial offer must fully comply with the requirements/criteria set out in the KP Request and the Terms of Reference.
3. Without providing all the documents specified in the Request (or if they are unacceptable), the organization will not be admitted to the tender.
4. The cost of services must include the cost of all necessary spare parts, as well as the cost of other materials, Equipment and software used to provide services in accordance with the Terms of Reference.
