Documents to be uploaded:
1) The submitted application must be accompanied by tCP with applications and contain key information on the volume of services provided, the terms and conditions of service delivery, information on the implementation of similar projects, permits for the provision of services according to this procurement procedure, etc. Detailed requirements are set out in THE TECHIA TASK.
2) Please carefully read the model version of the service contract, the participant is entitled to propose a protocol of disagreement which should be provided as part of the Offer OR The participant is entitled to offer his own version of the contract of service delivery. In the absence of proposals for a disagreement protocol or contract in the Participant's editorial office, it is considered that the Participant agrees with the drafting of the service contract proposed by the Organizer.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
