Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Comments:
Pricing should be carried out according to estimates with a breakdown of the price of spare parts, materials, standard hours.
The final cost of repair will be determined by the Contractor based on the results of the internal combustion engine troubleshooting, but at the prices provided.

Documents to be uploaded:
1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by the TCH with applications and contain key information on the scope of services provided, terms and conditions of the provision of services, information on the implementation of similar projects, permits for the provision of services in accordance with this procurement procedure, etc. Detailed requirements are set out in the TOR.
2) Please carefully read the standard version of the contract for the provision of services, the Participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement to be provided as part of the Offer OR The Participant has the right to offer their own revision of the contract for the provision of services. In the absence of proposals on the protocol of disagreements or the agreement in the wording of the Participant, it is considered that the Participant agrees with the wording of the service contract proposed by the Organizer of the procurement procedure.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This RFP procedure does not constitute a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449 of the Part I of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public auction and is not subject to Articles 1057-1061, Part II, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
