Payment terms:Payment for the repair and construction works performed by the contractor shall be made by the customer on the basis of monthly certificates of acceptance of executed works (Form № KS-2), certificates on the cost of performed works (Form № KS-3) and invoices, within 60 days from the moment of Signing of the first Act (recommended conditions)
Delivery terms:commencement of work after five days from the date of signing the contract. Duration of work is 60 days.

DOCUMENTS TO BE LOADED:
1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by the TAP with the annexes and contain key information on the volume of services (consolidated estimate), conditions and terms of service provision.
2) Please read carefully the Model edition of the contract of rendering services. The participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which should be provided as part of the offer. Otherwise it is considered that the participant agrees with the proposed edition.
3) TAP is supplemented with documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

GENERAL INFORMATION:
This procedure of request for proposals is not a contest and it is not regulated by articles 447-449 to 1 of the CIVIL Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public competition and is not regulated by articles 1057-1061 to 2 of the CIVIL Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure of request for proposals does not impose on the customer the appropriate volume of civil obligations.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
