Payment terms:payment of the executed works is carried out within 90 but not less than 60 calendar days from the date of granting of the act of executed works and original of the invoice of the counterparty
Delivery terms:lot is not divisible, only the whole complex of works is considered.
"The cost of work should include the cost of the contractor for:
• Mobilization and demobilization of personnel and equipment to the place of work and back;
• All the costs of transportation and mechanization involved in the production of works;
• All expenses for spare parts and materials necessary for performance of works;
• Travel expenses: Daily subsistence allowance, meals, accommodation of employees at the place of production works;
• All types of permits for the production of works (licenses, certificates (tolerances), permits.
• Payment of the executed works is carried out within 90 but not less than 60 calendar days from the date of submission of the act of the executed works and the original invoice of the counterparty "
Production of works is carried out by the personnel only in the presence of PPE and in accordance with the current HSE requirements.
The involvement of third parties to perform specialized types of work is done in consultation with the customer.
The contractor has all types of permits for the production of works: -License for activities in the field of fire safety-a license to operate explosive production facilities -Certificates (tolerances), permits
Providing information on the number of personnel involved in the execution of work, indicating the mode of operation.
All calculations for heat, water, electricity, fuel gas is the owner of the Boiler House (LLC "Weatherford")

The term of work execution 35-45 days
Duration of all works: September-October 2017 The guarantee period for the executed works, materials shall be not less than 2 (two) years from the date of signing of the Act on acceptance of the executed works. Defects arising in the course of operation shall be eliminated by the contractor within a period of not more than 5 working days.
