Selection criteria:
1. stage: providing a list of equipment, the availability of those. staff, photo rem. zones (with equipment and tools) in accordance with paragraph 5 of the statement of work. Indicate the exact address where the car service is located for our specialists to go to the place to assess the capabilities of the contractor. Indicate a link on the Internet about the operation of the service and customer reviews.
2. stage: commercial bidding.

1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant’s Questionnaire and documents according to the questionnaire simultaneously with the submission of the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal (indicating delivery dates), signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the participating organization, to their proposals in electronic form this procedure. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. Products cost shall be fixed for the entire delivery period (written confirmation).
