Payment terms:the payment for services rendered will be made within 60 days, based on the Act of work performed and invoices prior to 2 of the month following the reporting month. Invoice shall be issued in accordance with art. 169 of the TAX CODE and the Decree of the Russian Federation No. 1137 dated 26/12/2011, with subsequent modifications, otherwise the agent shall compensate the customer for any loss, including those arising from the impossibility of presentation of VAT deductible because of missing or misfiled invoices.
Delivery terms:Executive vehicles have to transport fire extinguishers from the objects of JSHC "Yakutugol" to recharge and back.
