Auto-extension

Payment terms:1) Payment under the contract is made by preliminary transfer of funds, in the amount of 100%, to the account of the customer, according to the invoice for payment. Payment is made within 10 calendar days after receiving the prepayment invoice.
2. The executor's primary documents are provided to the customer not later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting. At the same time the customer considers the documents submitted by the executor (invoices, acts of rendered services and transport documents, consignment notes confirming the volume of rendered services) within 20 (twenty) days from the moment of receiving Originals of invoices, acts of executed works, primary documentation.
Location and terms of delivery:plots of the "UC" Tatburneft "Ltd., Almetyevsk, Leninogorsk, Nurlat City, Elabuga.
1. Availability of a license to carry out procurement, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap metal.
2. Execution of the application not later than 3 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the application.
3. Readiness to conclude a contract on all conditions of the customer.
4. Change in the value of the contract due to the price change in the market.

Comments:
1. To control the obligations under this Agreement, the Parties shall issue monthly reconciliation acts. The customer provides the executor with a monthly act of reconciliation of settlements to the 10th of each month following the reporting.
2. The sale of scrap without prior payment, in the amount of 100% on the basis of the invoice, is not allowed.
3. The amount of scrap shipped may not exceed the amount of made payment
4. The executor undertakes to comply with the customer's requirements in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection ("Requirements in the field of labour protection, industrial safety and environmental protection in the performance of works at the facilities at Facilities of customer's well construction, obligatory presence of documents, passes on drivers, transport for travel to objects of the customer.
5. The executor provides the customer with a complex of services in full and under the conditions stipulated by the agreement.
6. The customer unilaterally, without notifying the executor can change the cost of the lot in the direction of reduction.

Obligatory acceptance of the contract in the wording of the customer enclosed in the procurement documentation!

Proposals submitted without a commercial offer on the company letterhead signed by the head will not be considered!!!
