Comments: To participate in the Request for Proposals, the Participant must prepare an electronic Application.
The application includes the following documents:
a. The offer (commercial offer) the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation for the Request for proposals (section 8, form No. 1).
b. The questionnaire of the Participant in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation (section 8, form No. 2).
c. The draft Treaty drawn up in the manner prescribed in paragraph 3.1. The participant is obliged when applying to agree with the terms of the draft Agreement: Party on each sheet of the draft Treaty, you must specify the following text," [Participant – full name of the Participant] I have read and fully agree with the wording of the Contract", the surname and initials of the authorized person of the Participant must be indicated next to it, the signature of the authorized person and the seal of the Participant (if the Participant has a seal). d. The consent to the processing of personal data from the head of the Party, Chief accountant of the Participant and the responsible Party, in form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation (section 8, form No. 3).
e. Information about court proceedings for the last 12 (twelve) months, which involved the Participant in the form and in accordance with the instructions given in the Documentation (section 8, form # 4).
f. Documents confirming the compliance of the Participant to the established requirements Documentation. The list of documents is given in paragraph 5.2 of the Documentation.
g. For the convenience of data processing, in addition to a duly executed Application in scanned form, the Participant is obliged to post the Participant's Questionnaire in electronic form.
If the Participant does not have the technical ability to submit an Application through the ETP functionality, the Organizer of the procedure has the right to accept an offer from such a Participant to the email address izh-b2b@izhstal.ru (Sending documents in any other way is not allowed). The organizer will independently upload this Application to the ETP through the ETP functionality, subject to the following conditions:
a) the participant must be registered on the ETP on the terms of the Internet resource http://www.b2b-mechel.ru;
b) the application must be received by e-mail no later than 4 hours before the deadline for accepting Applications for participation.
c) The amount of information in one letter should not exceed 32 MB.
