Auto-extension

Payment terms:payment for rendered services is carried out by the employer with deferred at least 60 (sixty) and not more than 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by the parties of an act performed work in the Executive and the relevant invoices.
The parties have agreed that payment grace period works is not a commercial credit and this period does not apply to legitimate interest under art. 317.1 PC RF.
Payment is made by transfer to the account of the contractor.
Calculations according to the contract shall be made in cash, as well as to be able t have some form of settlements, is not contrary to the legislation of the Russian Federation, including through the transfer of the Bills and stuff.
