- payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of an act of delivery signed by the Customer - acceptance of the services rendered and the invoice of the Contractor within:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) for contracts:
- with a contract price of up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
- with a single Contractor - an organization of the industry (no price limit);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of provision of services) for contracts:
- with SMEs.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of rendering services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents stipulated by the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles.
