1. The Contractor must provide the Services within 3 business days from the date the Customer submits the application.
2. The Contractor, no later than the last business day of the month in which the services were provided, must provide the Customer with the following documents:
- Acts of work performed (services rendered) in 2 copies .;
- invoices in 1 copy .;
- invoice for payment in 1 copy .;
- a set of documents confirming that the services were provided by the Contractor (or involved by the contractor) in compliance with the requirements of the environmental legislation of the Russian Federation (including, but not limited to certified copies of the licenses for the services provided and the originals or certified copies of documentation on the disposal, disposal or final disposal of waste alienated by the Customer )
