Payment terms:Payment is made by the Customer on a monthly basis after the actual provision of services according to the invoice with the list of services rendered. Payment shall be made within 45
working days from the date of receipt by the Customer of the invoice issued on the basis of the Act signed by the Parties by transferring funds to the Contractor's current account. In this case, the date of fulfillment of the Customer's obligations to pay for services is considered to be the date of debiting funds from the Customer's current account. The deadline for submitting an Act, invoice, invoice is no later than the 5th of the month following the reporting month.

Bidders OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of bids for participation in the procurement procedure takes place on the electronic platform B2B-Center PLATFORM until 04/19/2024 15-00. The bid must be accompanied by a scan of the completed information about the applicant, a scan of the completed qualification questionnaire for the PBiOT with appendices and experience in providing similar services (performing work).
2. The rebidding date will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of offers is indicated in rubles for the full volume of services provided (work performed) excluding VAT.


Note: this price request is not a Bid Notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447-449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057-1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
