Payment terms:
no advance is foreseen. Payment for rendered services to executor is made by the customer within 45 (forty-five) days from the date of signing of the Act of acceptance of the executed works by the customer.

Availability of specialized vehicles providing safe transportation of waste (executor provides the customer with documents proving ownership of the vehicle (PTS), or contract (lease, lease), Evidence of other proprietary rights). To ensure uninterrupted and timely disposal of waste, the executor must possess at least two vehicles of each type, as well as two drivers. Work on transfer of waste to the executor for disposal or neutralization shall be performed by the executor on the day of receipt of the application from the customer (subject to submission of application up to 12 hours of local time). The executor must confirm the right property or other proprietary right to the object of neutralization, use of waste. The object of disposal of waste must meet the requirements of environmental legislation, including the conclusion of the State ecological expertise (executor provides the customer a certified copy of the conclusion), the object Clearance must be specified in the license, the customer must confirm the presence of a permit for the emission of pollutants into the atmospheric air. Technical documentation (passport or instruction) is also provided to the objects of disposal and use of waste. The technical Collection (accumulation) of waste in the customer's territory is carried out in the Hermetic container of the executor (negotiable tare). The tare should be a metal or plastic capacity of 150-200 liters, excluding the Strait of oily waste to the accumulation site. The executor guarantees availability of sufficient quantity of tanks. The total volume of containers is 6000 liters. A single amount of waste transfer is determined by the customer.
