Ranking of bids

Mandatory conditions for Contractual counterparties:
The preliminary number of tons is indicated for the year
Terms of payment: 100% Deferral of payment after 60 calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of delivery and acceptance of the completed works
Confirm agreement with the terms of the Requirements Specification
Provide a technical and commercial proposal (indicating the type of transport, its characteristics, type of ownership)
Consent to the removal of waste in volume - Daily from 10 to 60 tons. And during the liquidation period, the volume of waste (per day) ranges from 20 to 400 tons, the liquidation period is 7-10 days.
Confirm the availability of state environmental expertise of project documentation for equipment intended for waste disposal
Specify exact data on the place of disposal — actual address/coordinates, name (if available), property/lease/etc. related to it (attach a certificate of ownership or lease agreement). Provide a copy of the order to add the landfill to the GRORO.
Attach the approved technological regulations indicating the production method, technical means, technological standards, conditions and detailed procedure for the implementation of the technological process in waste management, indicating the receipt of finished products
Confirm the provision of an Act on Waste Disposal by incineration, as well as documentation for incineration plants
Specify the deadline for the start of work from the date of signing the contract - in calendar days.

The Call for Bidding Bidder may repeatedly improve their price offers until the bid submission deadline.

Affiliated (related) persons cannot participate in the procurement procedure at the same time. Otherwise, it is considered as a restriction of competition and is the basis for withdrawing all affiliated Bidders from participation in the procurement procedure.
