Payment terms:1. Payment under the contract is made by preliminary transfer of funds, in the amount of 100%, to the Customer’s current account, according to the invoice for payment. Payment is made within 10 calendar days after receiving the prepayment invoice.
2. . Primary documents by the Contractor shall be provided to the Customer no later than the 5th day of the month following the reporting one. At the same time, the Customer considers the documents submitted by the Contractor (invoices, acts of services rendered and transport documents, waybills confirming the volume of services rendered) within 20 (twenty) days from the receipt of the original invoices, certificates of work, primary documentation .

Comments:
"1. To control obligations under this Agreement, the parties issue monthly reconciliation statements of mutual settlements. The customer submits to the Contractor a monthly reconciliation statement of settlements until the 10th day of each month following the reporting month.
2. The sale of scrap without advance payment, in the amount of 100% on the basis of the invoice, is not allowed.
3. The amount of scrap shipped may not exceed the amount of payment
4. The Contractor agrees to comply with the Customer’s requirements in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection ("Requirements in the field of labor protection, industrial safety and environmental protection when performing work at facilities at the Customer’s well construction sites, mandatory documents, passes for drivers , transport for travel to the Customer’s facilities.
5. The Contractor provides the Customer with a range of services in full and on the conditions provided for by the Agreement.
6. The customer may unilaterally, without notifying the Contractor, change the value of the lot downward. "
