Payment terms:
1. Payment under the contract is made by pre-transferring 100% cash to the Customer's account, according to the invoiced payment. Payment is made within 10 calendar days after receipt of the prepayment bill.
2. .Primary documents by the Contractor shall be provided to the Customer no later than the 5th of the month following the reporting. At the same time, the Customer examines the documents submitted by the Contractor (invoices, acts of service rendered and transport documents, goods and transport invoices confirming the amount of services rendered) within 20 (twenty) days of receipt of original invoices, acts of work performed, primary documentation.

1. License for the production, storage, processing and sale of ferrous scrap.
2. Execution of the application is not later than 3 calendar days from receipt of the application.
3. Ready to enter into a contract on all Customer terms.
4. Change in contract value due to market price changes.

Comments: 1. In order to control the obligations under this Treaty, the parties shall form reconcilations on a monthly basis. The Customer grants the Contractor a monthly reconciliation of the settlement until the 10th day of each month following the report.
2. No scrap is allowed without pre-payment, 100% based on invoiced.
3. The amount of scrap shipped may not exceed the amount of payment made
4. The Contractor undertakes to comply with the requirements of the Customer in the areas of occupational health, industrial safety and environmental protection ("Occupational, Industrial Safety and Safety Requirements environment when performing facilities at Customer's well construction facilities, mandatory documentation, driver passes, transportation to travel to Customer's facilities.

This price request procedure is not a competition procedure. The Promoter has the right to refuse all offers received for any reason or to terminate the price request procedure at any time without incurring any responsibility to the Buyers!
