- payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of the act of delivery - acceptance of the services rendered and the Contractor's invoice signed by the Customer during:
a) 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) for contracts:
- with the contract price up to 5 million rubles. with VAT (inclusive);
- with a single Contractor - an industry organization (without price limitation);
b) 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) for contracts:
- with SMEs.
c) 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of the documents stipulated by the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. with VAT. TKP should be drawn up and sent in accordance with generally accepted rules of workflow.
