4. The customer reserves the right to:

5. The expert in the field of industrial safety shall:
• To determine conformity of objects of industrial safety examination to the requirements of industrial safety by conducting analysis of materials provided for industrial safety examination and actual state of technical Devices used at hazardous industrial facilities, buildings and structures at hazardous production facilities, prepare an opinion of industrial safety examination and provide it to the head of the organization conducting the examination Industrial safety;
• Comply with the procedures established by federal norms and regulations in the field of industrial safety for the examination of industrial safety and requirements for the conclusion of industrial safety examination;
• To ensure objectivity and validity of conclusions contained in the conclusion of industrial safety examination;
• To ensure the safety of the materials provided for the examination of industrial safety and the confidentiality of information obtained during the said examination.
