Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer upon the fact of their provision on the basis of the act of delivery signed by the Customer - acceptance of the services rendered and the Contractor's invoice within:
- 30 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) for contracts:
* up to 5 million rubles with VAT (inclusive);
* with a single Contractor - an industry organization (without price limitation);
- 15 working days from the date of signing documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) for contracts with SMEs;
- 45 calendar days from the date of signing the documents confirming the fact of the provision of services (stage of the provision of services) by the contractor, and the provision by the contractor of documents provided for by the contract for contracts for the provision of services with a contract price of more than 5 million rubles. VAT included.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
