The organizer has the right to refuse to conduct the request for proposals, as well as complete the request for proposals procedure without concluding an agreement on its results at any time, while the organizer does not reimburse the participant for the costs incurred by him in connection with the preparation and participation in the request for proposals procedure. Bidding organizer has the right to amend the Announcement and Documentation, as well to extend the period (date and/or time) for submission of Proposals.
