1. More info about the query described in the accompanying letter, the technical specifications and the annexes to letter. 2. Proposals will not be accepted without the file documentation: commercial application (detailed calculation of costs of works). 3. The criteria for choosing the best offer: the availability of the necessary instruments to conduct these activities, quality, schedule, cost, terms of payment, work experience. 4. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CIVIL CODE; 5. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h. CCRF 2. Thus, the procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities.
