Delivery terms:mobilization and demobilization technology, COMMODITIES and MATERIALS, consumables, including the provision of spare parts, equipment, tools, and devices for repair, as well as Executive officers from gathering place to place service delivery and back are carried out in full force and at the expense of the contractor.

Comments:
1. More info about the query described in the accompanying letter, the technical specifications and the annexes to the letter.
2. the proposals will not be accepted without the file documentation: commercial listings (detailed calculation of costs of works).
3. The criteria for choosing the best offer: the availability of the necessary instruments to conduct these activities, quality, schedule, cost, terms of payment, work experience.
4. The procedure for requesting proposals is not a competition and it is not governed by articles 447-449 h. 1 CC of the RF;
5. This procedure is also not public competition and is not governed by articles 1057-1061 h 2 CIVIL CODE.
Thus, this procedure for requesting proposals will not impose on the customer adequate civil legal liabilities.
