Ranking of bids

Contract performance security:Запрос предложений не является торгами (конкурсом, аукционом) в соответствии со статьями 447 – 449 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации или публичным конкурсом в соответствии со статьями 1057 - 1061 Гражданского кодекса Российской Федерации, или иными регламентированными процедурами закупок (способами закупок), предусмотренными законодательством Российской Федерации.
Организатор вправе отказаться от проведения запроса предложений, а также завершить процедуру запроса предложений без заключения договора по его результатам в любое время, при этом организатор не возмещает участнику расходы, понесенные им в связи с подготовкой и участием в процедуре запроса предложений. Организатор вправе внести изменения в Уведомление и Документацию, а также продлить срок (дату и/или время) подачи Предложений.
Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.
In calls for bids with bids ranking, bid submission deadline will automatically be extended in the same manner if the rank of a bidder changes.

Payment terms:Payment of the cost of services is made by the Customer within 80 (eighty) calendar days from the date of signing by the Customer of the Acceptance Certificate of the services provided and if the Contractor has the appropriate invoice (if it is to be issued in accordance with clause 5.3 of the Agreement).
