| Payment terms: | Payment for the services rendered is made by the Customer in the amount of 100% (one hundred percent) of the cost of services in accordance with clause 2 of the Schedule (Appendix No. 2) within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Parties sign the acceptance certificate of the services provided. |

| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
