Payment terms:Payment for services performed service has been provided in each calendar month on the account of the Contractor within 10 (ten) business days from the date of signing of the Certificate of Acceptance (Appendix № 2 to the Contract). The basis for payment is the bill, invoice and signed Acceptance Certificate Services during the preceding calendar month. The cost of maintenance per month (invoice amount) is determined by the Contractor by means of calculation based on the total price of the Contract and its validity. Here and below, the date of payment means the date of debiting the funds from the personal account of the Customer.
