1) The submitted application for participation must be accompanied by a TCH with attachments and contain key information on the volume of services provided (consolidated estimate), conditions and terms of services.
2) Please read carefully the standard edition of the service agreement. The participant has the right to propose a protocol of disagreement, which must be provided as part of the Offer. Otherwise, it is considered that the Participant agrees with the proposed version.
3) The TCH is supplemented by documents confirming the possibility of providing these services (SRO, certificates, passports, etc.).

This request for proposals is not a tender and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procedure is also not a public tender and is not regulated by Articles 1057-1061, Section 2, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this request for proposals procedure does not impose on the customer the corresponding volume of civil obligations.
