Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment is made by the Customer for the actually provided volume of Services for each Application in Russian rubles by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement, upon the fact that the Contractor rendered services within 30 (thirty) calendar days after the Parties signed the Certificate of Services Rendered
