Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:1. Payment of services is carried out after fulfillment of obligations under the contract (separate stage of contract), after receipt of executor's account;
2. Payment of services rendered to the participant belonging to the SMC shall be made not later than 30 (thirty) calendar days, otherwise 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of submission of documents by the executor;
3. All prices in the offer must be fixed and indicated in the currency of the Russian Federation (rubles);
4. The executor shall provide the primary documents within 5 days from the date of rendering services under the contract (stage) specified in the primary documents;
5. The prices in the offer should include all taxes and other mandatory payments, the cost of all related services, shipping costs, and other additional costs associated with the delivery, as well as all discounts offered by the supplier.
