Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer by transferring funds to the account of the Contractor specified in the Agreement upon the fact that the Contractor rendered the Services within 45 (Forty five) calendar days (upon conclusion of contracts with small and medium-sized businesses), the settlement period is determined in accordance with the requirements of the law RF) after signing by the Parties of the Act of the rendered services without comment, on the basis of the invoice, invoice (not provided if the Contractor is not a VAT payer, or is exempted from performing taxpayer duties).
In case of typos (errors) in these documents, the Contractor shall replace them no later than 1 (one) business day.
