Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment of the insurance premium is made on the basis of invoices issued by the insurer in rubles at the official rate of the Bank of Russia on the day of payment. Payment of the insurance premium is made quarterly, after the signing of the additional agreement and the act on the number of bank cards actually operating during the reporting period.
