Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
- The insurance premium is paid in the following order: on a monthly basis, in accordance with the transportation performed (completed) for the reporting month, indicated in the relevant Reconciliation Acts (Bordeaux) for the reporting month, on the basis of the invoice issued by the Insurer.
The Insurer shall issue an invoice within 5 (five) business days from the date of receipt of the Reconciliation (Bordero) Act from the Insured for the reporting month or within 10 (ten) business days of the month following the reporting month, whichever comes first. Properly issued invoices must be paid no later than 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the Policyholder.
Venue of bidding:
This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
