Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Condition of payment: the insurance premium shall be paid by the Insured Party in non-cash form by transferring of monetary funds to the Insurer's settlement account in the following order: the first insurance premium instalment - not earlier than 30 calendar days and not later than 60 calendar days after signing of this agreement. - the second instalment shall be made within the period until February 28, 2017. The first insurance premium instalment may not exceed 50% of the total value of the insurance premium.
Delivery terms:Agreement period - one year after its entry into force. From August 2016 to July 2017.

На основании п. 7.11.2. Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «Научно-производственная корпорация «Уралвагонзавод» рекомендовать Заказчику заключить договор с САО "ВСК" на условиях, предложенных в оферте Участника.
