Delivery terms:the place of provision of services: The Russian Federation, the whole world; Excluding transportation through the territory of Ukraine, Turkish Republic, Dagestan, Chechen and Ingush Republics, as well as military zones territory and fighting, clashes and conflicts. Duration (period) service delivery: from the date of signing of the contract for 12 months. the conditions for providing services: in accordance with the requirements set out in the terms of reference (paragraph 2.11 of this procurement documentation) and in the draft contract (Annex No. 1 to the present procurement documentation).

Обоснование: 1. не допустить к стадии оценки и сопоставления заявки СПАО "Ингосстрах" (г. Москва) и ООО "СК "Согласие" - основание принятия решения указано в соответствующем столбце;
2. по лоту № 1 признать запрос предложений несостоявшимся и на основании п.7.11.3 «Положения о закупке товаров, работ, услуг для АО «Машиностроительная компания «Витязь» (с изменениями)» заключить договор с САО "ВСК" с суммой договора 438 000,00 руб. с учетом НДС как с участником закупочной процедуры, подавшим единственное ценовое предложение, соответствующее требованиям закупочной документации.
