Comments:
1) Insurance policies must be open (without specifying persons admitted to driving);
2) Insurance policies must be unlimited (deductible);
3) CASCO insurance policies must contain DOSAGO (extension of motor third party liability) for 1,000,000 rubles or more (specify in the application for participation);
4) The contract to be concluded should not contain a clause on refusal to pay in an insured event that occurred with a gross violation of traffic rules;
5) The contract to be concluded must contain a damage assessment system based on a calculation;
6) The term for making payments / sending for repairs should be carried out on the day of application / the shortest period (indicating the number of calendar days in the application for participation), subject to the provision of a complete set of documents.
It is imperative to attach an application for participation and a technical and commercial proposal with a seal, signature and delivery time in PDF format.
The list of documents that must be uploaded to the application for participation is indicated in the Procurement Documentation, each item is mandatory.
This procurement procedure is not a tender or an auction and its conduct is not regulated by Articles 447 - 449 of Part One of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This procurement procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057 - 1061 of Part Two of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the customer and the procurement organizer an appropriate volume of civil legal obligations to conclude a contract with the winner of the procurement procedure or other participants who took the second and subsequent places when the winner avoids signing the contract.
