| Payment terms: | Payment is made for the actual volume of services provided in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this Agreement. The basis for the payment of the rendered services on the Technical Maintenance Objects is the Acts of the rendered services signed by the Customer, the invoice. Payment is made by the Customer within 50 (fifty) but not earlier than 45 calendar days after signing the Certificate of rendered services. |
| Venue of bidding: | This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document. |
| Documentation provision procedure: | Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published. |
| Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract. |
