Ranking of bids

Auto-extension
If within the last 30 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 30 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment for the Services provided in the reporting period (calendar quarter) is carried out by the Customer within 35 (thirty five) business days from the date of the signing of the Act by the Parties and the receipt of the following correct documents:
- invoices for payment;
- invoices drawn up in accordance with the requirements established by the legislation on taxes and fees;
- signed by the Contractor Service Report.
Delivery terms:In accordance with annexes No. 3 and No. 4 to the procurement documentation.
