Minimum bid increment/decrement
The Organizer has established a minimum decrement for a Bidder's changing per unit price for each item from their previously submitted proposal.

Auto-extension
If within the last 10 minutes of bid submission period a new bid is submitted, then bid submission deadline will automatically be extended by 10 minutes from the time the last bid is submitted.

Payment terms:Payment option: monthly with a deferred payment of 10 calendar days.
Delivery terms:Validity: 12 months.

Comments:
Each participant must provide a completed application form in electronic form in the "doc" format, as well as a scanned version with a signature and seal.
The column with information is adjusted by the participant, if some document is not provided, then the reason for this action is indicated.
A full package of documents is provided, indicated in the Participant's Application Form and Terms of Reference.
The application form, the terms of reference and the contract are in the procurement documentation.
It is possible to extend the application deadline at the request of the participant through the "Clarifications" menu in the procedure.
When a participant submits an application, a completed Agreement is provided, which means acceptance of its provisions and form (when amendments are made to it, the latter are highlighted in a different color and comments are indicated if necessary).
When applying, the participant automatically agrees to the terms of the attached contract.
Venue of bidding:This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.
