Payment terms:
Payment terms in accordance with the requirements of GK "Rusagro": 100% deferred payment within 30 business days from the date of delivery. In case of an advance payment of more than 1,000,000.00 rubles including VAT, the Supplier must provide a bank guarantee in a bank from Top-10 based on the rating of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. For confirmation it is necessary to back up a letter from the bank about readiness to provide a bank guarantee for the amount of the advance payment.

Comments: 1. This competitive procedure for the selection of the Supplier is sent in accordance with the Tender Regulations of the Tender Organizer in the framework of the procedure for requesting commercial proposals, which is not an offer, auction or tender and its conduct is not regulated by Art. 447-449 h. 1 and 1057-1061 h. 2 of the Civil Code. Thus, this procedure does not impose on the Organizer a corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations and reserves the right to refuse all received proposals for any reason or to terminate the selection procedure at any time without giving reasons without incurring any responsibility to Participants.
2. The organizer of the tender reserves the right to choose several winners, dividing the delivery of goods at their discretion and without giving reasons among several potential suppliers participating in the competitive procedure.
3. A standard contract is sent for signature to the Winner (s), determined (s) during the meeting of the Tender Committee, which is conducted by the Organizer of the competitive procedure after the end of this procedure on the B2B-center electronic trading platform.
