Payment terms:
Payment is made by the Customer within 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of signing by both parties of the act of acceptance of work performed at each stage, the Contractor invoices, documents of the completed stage of work on the acceptance certificate.
Comments: As part of its application, the Participant must submit the signed agreement to the Customer as amended, as well as documents confirming the competence and qualifications of the Participant (see attached files). The proposal must be executed in accordance with the attached procurement documentation. An application without confirmation of the price offer by the indicated documents is not allowed for consideration.
This RFP procedure is not a tender, and is not subject to Articles 447-449, Section I, of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. This bidding procedure is also not a public tender and is not governed by Articles 1057-1061 of the second part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this RFP procedure does not impose the corresponding amount of civil and legal obligations on the Organizer.
The offer of the participant must be valid for at least 60 days.
Not later than 20 working days after signing the protocol, the Organizer concludes an agreement with the counterparty-winner of the procedure. After the conclusion of the contract, the Organizer sends appropriate notifications to the System, which is the completion of the procedure in the System.
