Payment for the services provided by the Contractor for the maintenance and current repair of APS, ASPT and SOUE is carried out by the Customer on a monthly basis, by bank transfer within 15 (fifteen) days from the last day of the reporting month on the basis of an invoice drawn up in accordance with the requirements of the legislation, and the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, agreed with all divisions of the plant, serviced by the Contractor, and signed by the Customer
