Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
The total cost of the provision of services for maintenance, diagnostics and repair of uninterruptible power supplies (hereinafter referred to as the "Services") in accordance with Appendix No. 2 to this Agreement provided by the Contractor under the agreement is ______________________________________________ (_________________________________________) rubles, ___ kopecks, including VAT.
The contract price includes the cost of maintenance twice a year (for 3 years - 6 technical services) according to the schedule specified in Appendix No. 1
The cost of one maintenance service according to the scope of work specified in Appendix No. 3 to this Agreement will be _____________ (______________________________________) rubles ___ kopecks, including VAT. UPS repair work that is not included in the list (Appendix No. 3), the Customer pays separately on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor, subject to coordination of these works with the Customer.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
