Bids submission deadline
Bids can also be submitted after the expiry of the specified period. However, bidding organizer has the right not to consider the bids submitted after bids submission deadline.
Payment under this agreement for maintenance in accordance with clauses 2.2 and 2.3. of this Agreement is made on the basis of invoices issued by the Contractor upon the provision of services for maintenance, diagnostics and repair after 15 (Fifteen) calendar days from the date of signing by the Parties of the Act of Acceptance of the services provided under the Agreement without comment within 5 (Five) business days, from the date of receipt of the documents specified in clause 6.1 of this agreement, provided that there are no comments. Advance for routine maintenance in accordance with Appendices No. 1 is not provided. Payment under this contract for equipment repair work in accordance with clause 2.4 is made on the basis of the invoice issued by the Contractor within 10 (ten) business days from the date of receipt of the invoice. The customer transfers the funds in accordance with clause 2.3., 2.4. of this Agreement to the account of the Contractor specified in section 17 of the Agreement.

This call for bids is held in electronic form on the e-marketplace of B2B-Center group (www.b2b-center.ru). Bids shall be submitted in the form of e-document.

Documentation relating to this call for bids is available in e-form free of charge at B2B-Center e-marketplace (www.b2b-center.ru) starting from the date the call for bids is published.
Please note that this Prices Monitoring Request is a procedure aimed at enabling the Organizer to determine the maximum initial contract price for a call for bids to be held afterwards, and imposes no obligations on the Organizer as to entering into a contract.
