Payment terms:
Payment for the Services rendered is made in the following order:
not less than 60 and not more than 90 calendar days1 from the moment of signing by both Parties of the act of acceptance and transfer of the services rendered, provided that the Contractor submits the following documents:
a) accounts;
b) the acceptance certificate of the services rendered, signed by the Parties;
c) invoices,
by transferring funds to the settlement account of the Contractor or by other means that do not contradict the legislation of the Russian Federation.
In case of concluding an agreement with small and medium-sized businesses:
Payment for the Services rendered is made by the Customer within 15 working days from the date of signing by the Parties of the acceptance certificate for the Services rendered, subject to the provision of the Customer with a complete set of documents for payment for the Services provided specified in this paragraph.

Scope of work performed: In accordance with the terms of reference (Appendix No. 1 to the documentation) and cost estimates (Appendix No. 2 to the contract).
