Payment terms:Payment for the services rendered is carried out by the customer on the basis of the act of acceptance of the services rendered signed by the parties within 60 (sixty) calendar days from the date of receipt by the customer of the invoice and invoice.
The Customer has the right to pay for services under the Contract on the terms of prepayment based on the invoice.
Delivery terms:The date of the beginning of the provision of the meadow is specified by the Customer by sending the Contractor a written notice of readiness at least 10 working days before the expected date. If the provision of services depends on the Contractor's specialists obtaining access to the Customer's facility, the terms of provision will be counted no earlier than from the date of actual receipt of such access.
The estimated start date of the work is August 2022.

PARTICIPANTS OF THE PROCEDURE FOR INFORMATION!
1. Acceptance of applications for participation in the procurement procedure takes place on the B2B-Center electronic platform until 06/16/2022 11-00. It is necessary to attach to the application a scan of the completed information about the applicant, a scan of the completed qualification questionnaire for the PBiOT with appendices and experience in providing similar services (performing works).
2. The date of rebidding will be indicated additionally.
3. The cost of the proposals is indicated in rubles for the full volume of services provided (work performed) excluding VAT.
4. Commercial offers without the necessary appendices according to the Instructions to the applicant (clause 14) may not be allowed to be resubmitted.

Note: this price request is not a notice of a tender (public tender) or a public offer and is not regulated by Articles 447 – 449 Part 1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 1057 – 1061 Part 2 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. Thus, this procedure does not impose an appropriate amount of civil obligations on the Organizer and reserves the right to refuse all Proposals received for any reason or terminate the selection procedure at any time, without incurring any responsibility to the Participants.
