To conclude the contract, the following documents shall be submitted:
1. Articles of association and memorandum of association (copies)
2. State registration certificate (copy)
3. Certificate of entry in the USRLE, issued by a tax office (INN and OGRN) (copy)
4. Extract from the USRLE issued by a tax office not earlier than 30 calendar days before its submission (copy)
5. Minutes of the general meeting of participants (shareholders) of the counterparty or the decision of the sole participant (shareholder) of the counterparty on appointment to the position of Director of the counterparty (with sample signature.) Copy
6. Accounting records Form 1 and 2 for the last closed year copy
7. The current lease agreement of the Office premises (with the first and last payment orders under this agreement) scan.
