Auto-extension

Payment is made for the volume of services received within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of submission of supporting documents (invoices, acts of work performed) in originals to the Customer

Comments: 1. Please, submit any questions concerning the bidding procedure via e-marketplace functionality ("Request for Clarifications").
2. Before submitting envelopes, participants of this procedure MUST attach the Applicant's Questionnaire and documents according to the list simultaneously with the proposal and a file in the form of a scanned copy of their commercial proposal signed by an authorized person and certified by the seal of the organization-participant of this procedure to their proposals in electronic form. In case a participant fails to comply with this requirement bidding organizer has the right not to consider such participant's proposal.
Proposals validity period - 30 days at least.
3. The cost of production should be unchanged for the entire delivery period from March 1 to December 31, 2020 (written confirmation).
