Comments:
To participate in this trading procedure, applicants must provide the following documents:
1. Commercial offer (the template is attached to the auction).
2. Appendix to TOR No. 1 and No. 2 - the cost of repair and maintenance of office equipment.
3. Organization's balance sheet for the last reporting period
4. Reference list, in the absence of experience with Rusagro Group of Companies (template attached to the auction).
5. Required licenses and permits for this type of work (if necessary)
6. The consent of the taxpayer (payer of insurance premiums) to the recognition of information constituting a tax secret, publicly available and a receipt for the acceptance of this consent by the Federal Tax Service. IMPORTANT! The taxpayer's consent must be displayed on the APK Charter website. There is no need to join the Charter.
7. Participation in the tender means the consent of the participants to sign as annexes to the contract without making changes:
- tax clause (attached to the auction);
- consent to disclosure of commercial secrets (attached to the auction);
- sanctions clause (attached to the auction).

- consent to the processing of personal data.
8. To conclude an agreement, the participant must provide a full package of statutory documents in accordance with Appendix No. 1 to this tender.
We ask you to consider the possibility of concluding an agreement on electronic document management.
In the absence of a complete package of documents, your application will not be considered.
